Marquee hire pricing – by quotation
Our marquee hire pricing is generally bespoke as there are many factors that can affect cost and installation time. A quote will typically begin with duration of hire, number of guests and range of accessories, and your venue’s geographic location.
Here we provide approximate price examples for three typical marquees to help guide you in planning costs for your party or event. We’ll also be happy to help plan requirements with you, and provide a bespoke quotation.
Marquee hire pricing – examples
Marquee hire for 100 guests with accessories
A fully lined marquee to seat up to 100 guests, with carpet flooring/furniture/lighting and dance floor, delivery charge depending on location: £2700 plus vat
Marquee hire for 50/60 guests with accessories
A smaller marquee for 50/60 guests, with the same inclusions as above – carpet flooring/furniture/lighting and dance floor, delivery charge depending on location: £1800 plus vat
Marquee hire for up to 60 guests without accessories
A simple garden party marquee to seat or stand 50/60 guests, without linings or lighting or dance floorr, delivery charge depending on location: £800 plus vat
Planning the cost of your marquee
How it looks
We offer many shapes and sizes, a beautiful range of accessories, various furniture formats for relaxed or formal gatherings, marquee linings, dancefloors and additional services – an almost endless list of options. We’ll need an idea of how you envisage your marquee before we can provide an accurate price.

Delivery
Our quotation will include a charge per mile for delivery of the marquee structures and accessories, and for the estimated time for our professional team to assemble and then dismantle everything after your event. (We are based near Brighton, but don’t let the mileage put you off if your venue isn’t local – our quotations remain very competitive!)
The location and venue
Logistics, planned activities and capacity all evidently affect your event’s requirements. There are also primary cost considerations for the terrain at the venue:
For example, uneven ground may require sturdier flooring or a scaffolding base. Or, Efficient logistics may call for an arctic lorry to transport your structures.
Is the location for the marquee accessible? Is the ground surface stable or on a steep gradient? (We can overcome most ground conditions, and can arrange a site visit if required.)
