Planning the size of your marquee
Our marquees are available to hire in various sizes, in 3m increments – known as ‘bays’, and all sizes outlined below can be increased with extra bays at your request.
We offer size guidance below – including example pricing for 50/60 or 100 guests – to help you plan your event with ample room for your guests – whether seated, standing, or dancing! – and space for any planned activities. Linings, furniture, and many other accessories are available.

Our marquee hire pricing is generally bespoke as there are many factors that can affect cost and installation time, as well as the requirements of your location and event, such as ground surface, duration of hire, number of guests and range of accessories.

Here we provide approximate price examples for three typical quotations; our marquee size guide can be found below.
Marquee hire for 100 guests with accessories
A fully lined marquee to seat up to 100 guests, with carpet flooring/furniture/lighting and dance floor, delivery charge depending on location: £2700 plus vat
(A smaller marquee for 50/60 guests, with the same inclusions as above: £1800 plus vat)
Marquee hire for up to 60 guests without accessories
A simpler garden party marquee to seat or stand 50/60 guests, without linings or lighting or dance floor: £800 plus vat
